Before publishing: every bracket below must be filled with real details. A German site without a complete imprint is an offence that competitors and Abmahnung firms actively look for, and both app stores check that the link resolves. If you trade as a sole proprietor, your own name and home address go here unless you have business premises — there is no way to keep an address off this page.

A sole proprietorship with no entry in the commercial register simply omits the register lines. If you have no VAT ID yet because of the small-business rule (§ 19 UStG), omit it and say so on invoices instead.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are [not willing / obliged] to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle). § 36 VSBG requires this statement either way, so pick one and delete the other.

Do not copy the old link to the EU "OS-Plattform" from other sites: the European Online Dispute Resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025, and a link to it is now simply wrong.
