Delete your 2wingz account

You can do this yourself, in under a minute, without asking us. If you would rather write to us, that works too.

In the app

Account → Privacy & GDPR → Erase my account. You confirm once, and it happens immediately: your profile is anonymised and you are signed out on every device.

The same screen has Export my data. If you want a copy of what we hold, take it before you erase — afterwards it is gone for us too.

By email

Write to hello@2wingz.com from the address on your account, with "Delete my account" as the subject. We do it within 30 days, usually the same working day, and write back when it is done. If you write from another address we will ask you to prove the account is yours — otherwise anyone could delete anyone.

What is deleted

Your name, email address, phone number and password.
Your profile photo.
Your identity documents and the selfie taken for verification.
Your messages, and the photographs you took in the app.
Your device tokens, so nothing can reach you again.

What we have to keep, and for how long

A few records survive erasure because the law requires it — but without your name attached to them:

One thing to finish first

If a shipment of yours is still in progress, or a problem report is still open, finish it before you erase. Deleting your account does not release an escrowed payment, and once your profile is anonymised it is considerably harder for us to work out whose money it was.

Changed your mind?

Erasure is not reversible. You can sign up again at any time, but the new account starts empty: your verification, your rating and your history do not come back.
